According to the reality, mode of financing, geographic location, layout of hydraulic structures and the importance in the power system,the dispatching management and the automaticity of Xiaowan Power Station are introduced. Furthermore, an automatic control system general scheme in which the computer monitor system plays a leading role accompanied by simplified conventional equipment is described as well.
