介绍采用无机胶粘剂和植物筋材复合,在大压力下实现植物筋材之间的机械互锁和化学粘合,从而生产植物纤维掺量90%左右的非木材植物纤维人造板。
A description is given of the production process of non-wood vegetable fiberbased panel containing 90 percent of non-wood vegetable fibers in its total mass. The process mainly consists in compounding the vegetable fiber materials with an inorganic adhesive, forming them into panel mats, and pressing them under a high pressure to reach the mechanical inter locking and chemical bonding between the fiber materials necessary for the panel.
