肾癌组织中IGF-Ⅰ和IGF-ⅠR表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)及其受体(IGF-ⅠR)在肾癌发病机制中的作用及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测51例肾癌组织和12例正常肾组织中IGF-Ⅰ和IGF-ⅠR的表达。结果IGF-Ⅰ和IGF-ⅠR在肾癌组织中阳性表达率分别为68.6%、72.5%,均显著高于正常肾组织的33.3%、41.7%(P<0.05)。IGF-Ⅰ和IGF-ⅠR表达与肾癌分期、淋巴结转移和病理分型均无显著性相关(P>0.05),与肿瘤大小密切相关(P<0.05)。结论IGF-Ⅰ分泌异常与肾癌的发生有密切关系,但不是有价值的肿瘤生物学行为标记物。 Objective To investigate the roles of insulin-like growth factor- Ⅰ (IGF- Ⅰ ) and insulin-like growth factor- Ⅰ receptor(IGF-Ⅰ R) in the pathogenesis of renal cancer and their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical methods were adopted to examine expressions of IGF- Ⅰ and IGF- ⅠR in 51 cases with renal cancer and 12 cases with normal kidney. Results The positive expression rates of IGF- Ⅰ and IGF- ⅠR in renal cancer were 68.6%, 72.5%, significantly higher than 33.3% and 41.7% in normal kidney tissue, respectively. Both expressions of IGF- Ⅰ and IGF-ⅠR in renal cancer were closely related to the tumor diameter, while insignificantly related to tumor staging, lymph node metastasis and pathological types. Conclusion The parasecretion of IGF-Ⅰ plays important roles in the pathogenesis of renal cancer, however, IGF- Ⅰ and IGF- ⅠR are not valueable biomarkers for renal cancer.
