诚信:职业教育客体的立身之本

Honesty and credibility:foundation of the students' development in vocational education

诚信,是做人的根本,在我国计划经济向市场经济转型时期显得尤为重要。职业教育客体由于受社会因素、学校因素、家庭因素、学生自身因素等诸多因素的影响,诚信意识相当淡薄。职业教育主体应深入分析受教育者的特点,把握其诚信缺失表现及其产生原因,通过培育诚信氛围、加强诚信实践、建立诚信教育体系等有效途径帮助学生树立诚信意识。

Honesty and credibility, the foundation of anyone＇s development, plays an important role in China＇ s transformation from the planned economy to the market economy. But now in vocational schools, affected by the society, their schools, their families or tl^emselves, some education objects （students） have little consciousness of honesty and credibility. It is suggested that the education subjects （educators） should help them develop the consciousness of being honest and credible, by establishing the atmosphere of being honest and credible, practising how to be honest and credible and setting up the needed educational system. These should be done on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the objects, the performances and causes of having little consciousness of honesty and credibility.
