摘要
该文界定了因病致贫概念,提出了因病致贫的描述方法和指标,研制了消除因病致贫所需筹资的计算公式,并得出了以下结论:消除因病致贫所需筹资不多,富裕地区仅为人均25.5元,新型农村合作医疗现有筹资水平完全能够满足。
This paper defined the concept of ‘poverty due to illness＇ , gave the methods and indicators to describe ‘ poverty due to illness＇ , and developed the formula to calculate the premium which was enough to eliminate ‘poverty due to illness＇ of rural residents. Some conclusions have been drawn as following： Only a small premium was needed to solve the problem of poverty due to illness, for example, it was about ￥25.5 yuan per capita in well-developed rural areas in China.
