论马克思主义党政领导干部选拔理论的基本架构

摘要 马克思主义党政领导干部选拔理论在“为了谁”上,充分体现了它作为无产阶级奋斗旗帜的本质;“谁来选”的问题从根本上是扩大干部工作中的民主并从制度规定上拓展选拔主体的问题;“选拔谁”强调的是被选拔者的素质,选拔有为人民服务之心,之识,之能,之绩者;在“怎么选”问题上历来关注选拔的方式、方法研究,并且逐步认识到良好的选拔环境与有效方法和经验的制度化对于选拔的保障作用。 Marxism never denies its essence as proletariats struggling theory sharp-cut class character on "for The problem on "who select" is whom", further more, it well embodies its basic about expending democracy of cadre task and widening selecting main bodies from systems. Only in this way, "who select" can truly construct the basis of Marxist selecting consciousness. "select whom" emphasizes the selected person's makings, whose striking point is that the selected person should has consciousness, knowledge, abilities and outstanding achievements. Marxian always attend the selecting ways on the problem "how to select", and they realize the ensuring rule to selecting is good selecting environment, sufficient ways and experience step by step.
