Strategy on the Protection of Knowledge Property in the Times of Knowledge Economy

随着人类知识经济时代的到来,知识产权保护发挥着日益重要的作用,知识产权保护制度的完善程度成为反映和衡量知识经济发展水平的重要标志。本文通过对我国知识产权保护方面存在问题的分析,提出了知识经济时代加强知识产权保护的策略。

With the intellectual economy era arriving, the function of the intellectual property right protection is more and more significant. The degree of the intellectual property right protection system has become an important sign for reflecting and weighing the intellectual economy development. The main task of this article is to analyze some existing problems of the intellectual property right protection in our country, and provides some policy advice for reinforce the intellectual property right protection.
