摘要
从利用新材料、发现并利用新现象、微机械加工技术、智能化与集成化传感器四个方面综述了传感器 新技术的研究与开发;在分析我国传感器产品的技术水平与国外有较大差距的原因,主要是长期稳定性和可靠 性较差及我国半导体集成电路工艺水平有限,限制了其应用领域和产业的发展的基础上,得出了根据我国国情 及国外技术发展趋势,高精度、高可靠性、宽温度范围、微型化、微功耗及无源化、智能化数字化将成为新型 传感器的发展方向的结论,并具体说明国内应重点研发的传感技术。
From the discovering and utilizing new materials, new phenomena, micro-mechanical processing and intelligentized and integrated transducer, the research and development of new transducer technology are summarized. The gap of our technology from abroad lies in the instability and unreliability of the technology and the limited development in semiconductor integrated circuit. According to the reality in our country and the technological development abroad, new trends of transducer's development should meet the standard of high precision, high reliability, wide temperature ranges, micromation, low power consumption, intelligentization and digitization. The research and development of transducer technology in our country are illustrated emphatically.
