摘要
对“教育管理人性理论问题”的探索既有重要的理论价值,又有一定的实践意义。文章从横向比较的角度,对中、西方的教育管理人性理论进行了梳理与比较,揭示了两者之间存在的区别与联系。
It's important and of practical significance to explore the issue of human nature theory in educational administration. The theory both in China and in the west is analyzed and compared horizontally and the differences and connections are exposed as well.
