Discussion on Legislation of Recycling Economy in China

总结国外循环经济法的立法经验,对比德日两国与美国的循环经济立法,来透视我国相关立法现状及存在的问题,对我国循环经济法的建立健全与配套制度的完善提出建议。构建了中国循环经济法的基本框架,对相关法律如宪法、环境法的某些规定提出修改建议,以促进我国完整的循环经济法律体系的建立。

The article summarizes the advanced legislation experience on recycling economy. Comparing recycling economy regulations in Germany, Japan and America, we focus on our country＇s regulations concerned with recycling economy and certain problems in them, and put forward some advices to promote our legislation on recycling economy. For example, the legal framework of recycling economy in China should be constructed, and amendatory advices on the Constitution, Environmental Law and other regulations should also be given. All effort is made to set up the perfect recycling economy law system in our country.
