摘要
教务管理差错行为是客观存在的事实,作为教务管理工作者不应回避和隐瞒,应积极面对,并采取各种措施进行预防和监控,只有差错预防和差错监控并举,才能减少差错发生的次数和降低由差错带来的负面影响,从而提高教务管理水平和质量。
The occurrence of errors in teaching administration is an objective fact. Teaching administrators should face up to it and take various measures to prevent and control it rather than evade or conceal it. This paper, based on error concept and error inclination, proposes some strategies of error prevention and regulation through analysis of errors taking place in teaching administration and emphasizes that the only way to lower the frequency of errors and reduce the negative effect of them is to combine error prevention and error management together, and by doing so can we attain the goal of raising teaching administration level and education quality.
