摘要
分析了我国水电建设的现状和存在的问题，提出我国发展水电必须在国家宏观调控部门的决策指导下进行．
The paper has analysed the status and the problems of hydroelectric power development, and put forward that we ought to develop hydroelectric power under the guidance of the macro-control development.
