摘要 结合引黄供水淤筑相对地下河工程,将对沿河淤筑区和引水受益地区的经济、社会、环境及资源利用等方面产生各种有利及不利影响,为了反映该项目在社会、经济、环境及资源利用等方面的综合效果,本文采用模糊数学层次分析法对其进行社会评价。结果表明,结合引黄供水沉沙淤筑相对地下河方案与现状引黄供水的泥沙处理方案的社会评价指标分别为0.607和0.521。这说明结合引黄供水沉沙淤筑相对地下河将对周围的社会环境产生有利影响。 The project of forming lower river bed through irrigating sedimentation combining with drawing water from Yellow River will bring about positive and adverse effects on economics,society,environment and resource utilization,and others in the area along the project and irrigation region. To demonstrate the overall effectiveness of the project in society,ecomomics,environmentand resource utilization,the paper evaluated at social point to the project by using fuzzle mathmatics strait fieal analysis. The result shows that the social indices of the project and the currently using sediment controlling plan in Yellow River are 0. 607 and 0. 521respectively. These demonstrate that the formation of lower river bed through irrigating sedimentation combinning with drawing water from Yellow River for irrigation will bring about positive effects to surrounding society and environments.
