构建社会主义和谐社会必须创新党的执政能力

提出构建社会主义和谐社会的目标是党的执政智慧的体现。要实现这一目标,必须创新党的执政能力,不断增强全社会的创造活力,妥善协调各方面的利益关系,推进社会管理体制创新,落实维护社会稳定的工作责任制,加强和改进新形势下的群众工作。

It bring forward that the target of building socialistic harmonious society is to embody the party＇s administrative wisdom.
