Li Shi-xian performed as Li Xiu-cheng＇s supporting role in the battlefield, wnlcn embodled mainly in the Second Attacking Jiangnan Camp. Firstly he helped Li Xiu-Cheng to march southward Southern Anhui province and then positively attacking Huzhou as a detachment troop for puzzling the determination of commanders of Qing Army in order to assist Li Xiu-cheng to march on Hangzhou suddenly. Finally he plotted to attack Changzhou as a detachment troop for attracting the notice of Jiangnan Camp, which benefited the final success of this battle.
