摘要
动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病是危害人类健康的常见疾病之一。CD36是动脉粥样硬化发生和发展过程中的主要参与者之一,介导巨噬细胞内吞修饰的低密度脂蛋白,形成泡沫细胞,有明显的致动脉粥样硬化作用。本文介绍CD36的生物学特性及其在动脉粥样硬化中的作用。
Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer in modem society and atherosclerosis is the major cause of this disease.CD36 mediates the unlimited influx of modified low density lipoprotein into the macrophages and eventually leads to the formation of lipid-filled foam cell,which is the hall mark of fatty streaks and atherosclerotic plaques in human disease and in animal models of atherosclerosis.The biological characteristic and the function in atherosclerosis of CD36 were focused on.
