摘要
面试是用人单位在指定的时间和空间内通过当面交谈与当面问答而对应聘者进行考核录用的一种常用方式。对于大学毕业生来讲,面试是一种综合性极强,集多种知识、能力于一体的多方位考核方式。在这种考核方式面前,大学生们暴露出各种各样的问题。本文着重探讨当代大学生在择业面试中存在的主要问题及其成因,进而提出一些应对之策。
