摘要
利用三维建模软件对自动滤水器筒体进行了实体建摸,利用有限元分析软件对筒体进行了计算分析.通过分析计算,显示出筒体的变形情况,同时可以得出筒体上任一位置的应力值和位移值.并针对每次计算结果,能够对筒体结构进行适时改进.计算结果也为滤水器筒体的设计和制造提供了科学依据.
In this paper, the solid model of the water- filter shell was created by a 3D design software. The Finite Element model was built and calculated by a FEM software. Through the calculation and analysis, the deformation of the shell was obtained, Meanwhile, the stress and displacement of every element were also obtained. Based on the results of each analysis, the realtime modification of the shell structure was achieved, As a result, the presented method could provide a scientific principle for the design and manufacture of the water- filter shell.
