铁路车辆/轨道耦合系统在冲击载荷作用下的动应力分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用有限元方法,对我国C61型运煤货车,按照车辆/轨道系统的实际结构和边界条件建立了包括车辆和轨道系统在内的有限元模型,应用大型非线性动力分析程序LS-DYNA3D模拟车辆通过轨道错牙接头时的轮/轨系统冲击载荷,然后进一步计算侧向架和钢轨在冲击载荷作用下的动应力。计算结果表明,车轮和轨道之间的动态接触力大约是静轮载的2倍,与现场试验结果基本吻合;侧向架和钢轨在冲击过程中的应力和变形比较大。 In this paper, the full-size finite element model of wheel/track system for C61 wagon was established according to the real running environment. Firstly, the dynamic impact loading of wheel/track system at a rail joint was analyzed using the nonlinear dynamic analysis code LS- DYNA3D. Then, the dynamic stress on side frame and track was given based on established finite element model. It is shown the impact loading between wheel and rail is about two times of static wheel load , which is approximately consistent with experimental one. The deformation and stress on side frame and track are larger under impact loading.
