中日韩三国外国直接投资比较

A Comparison of Foreign Direct Investment Modes of China,Japan and Korea

中日韩三国作为东北亚核心国家,都希望通过吸引外国直接投资进一步促进本国经济发展。三国FDI的投资方式、投资来源国及投资产业有较大不同,也体现出发展中国家与发达国家间的差别。分析外国直接投资与本国产业发展的关联的结果显示,中国的国内企业竞争力最弱,日本最强。今后中国引进外资过程中,应增加并购的比重,提高对服务业的引资力度,同时实施内外资企业平等的优惠政策,努力提高国内企业竞争力。

As the core countries of Northeast Asia, the three countries of China, Japan and Korea all hope to further promote the development of their economy by absorbing foreign direct investment （FDI） . However, the modes, source countries and target industries of FDI of the three countries vary considerably, which reflect, in turn, the differences between developing countries and developed countries. An analysis of the relationship between FDI and the country＇s development of industries shows that the competitiveness of China＇s domestic businesses is the weakest, while that of Japan is the strongest. It is observed by this paper that, in the course of introducing foreign investment in the future, China ought to increase the proportion of M＆A, allot more FDI to service industries, and exercise equal favored policies for domestic and foreign-funded businesses alike, so that the competitiveness of domestic businesses will be raised.
