摘要 为了提高锡铁山铅锌硫化物矿石中伴生银的回收率及铅锌选矿指标,进行了原矿工艺矿物学和银赋存状态研究.在此基础上,进行了一系列的选矿试验研究,对铅浮选回路的药剂制度作了重要的改变,即在原生产只使用25#黑药的基础上,增加了D3和T6两种新药剂,有效地强化了银矿物及其连生体矿物的浮选,实现了在不改变原生产主流程条件下,大幅度地提高了银回收率,同时也提高了铅锌选矿指标. To improve the recovery of associated silver in Xitieshan lead zinc sulfide ore and the metallurgical performances of lead and zinc, the technological mineralogy of the run-of-mine ore and the silver occurence state were studied. On this basis, a series of benefiiciation tests were made. Important change was made in the reagent regime of lead fotation cricuit, that was to add D3 and T6 new reagents to the production where only 25# Aerofioat had been used, which effectively intensified the flotation of silver mineral and its intergrowth mineral, thus realizing a great increase of silver recovery and at the same time, an improvement of the metallurgical performances of lead and zinc without changing the original main production flowsheet.
