利用铁尾矿制取微晶玻璃的研究

Research on Producing Glass Ceramics by Iron Tailings

利用唐山地区铁尾矿来探索制备微晶玻璃的配方，使唐山地区铁尾矿得到综合利用，减少尾矿污染。在分析铁尾矿成分的基础上，探索微晶玻璃的配方，确定晶核剂的种类和用量，并选择了合理的热处理工艺，确定了核化温度770℃，核化保温时间60min，晶化温度870℃，晶化保温时间60min，升温速率5℃/min。

The formula of using iron tailings to produce glass ceramics is researched. Thus,the iron tailings there may be comprehensivly utilized and tailing pollution may be reduced. Based on the analysis of iron tailing composition, the formula to research the glass ceramics is presented. The types and dosage of nucleation agent are determined and the rational heat treatment process is selected. The following conditions are determined： the nucleation temperature is 770℃ ; and the nucleation thermal insulation time is 60min; the crystallization temperature is 870℃ and the crystallization thermal insulation time is 60min; the temperature increasing rate is 5℃/min.
