摘要
针对舰船减摇鳍液压控制系统,分析了油液污染的来源及其对减摇鳍液压控制系统产生的危害,给出了对于舰船设备行之有效的污染测定方法,提出了舰船减摇鳍液压控制系统在设计、制造、安装、调试、维护维修过程中的油液污染控制的实施方案,也为其他舰船设备的油液污染控制提供了参考。
This paper analyses the oil contamination source and its damage to the hydraulic power unit of a fin stabilizer, gives the effective measuring method for ship equipment, and brings forward the contamination control methods of the hydraulic power unit during the design, manufacture, installation, debugging and maintenance. These methods can offer references for oil contamination control of ship equipment.
