摘要
目的建立HPLC对盐酸麻黄碱中有关物质的测定方法,为原料的质量标准提供有效的分析方法。方法采用苯基键合硅胶为填充剂(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);以甲醇-11.6g·L^(-1)醋酸铵溶液(6:94)用醋酸调节pH值至4.0为流动相;检测波长为257nm。结果在选定的色谱条件下,30min内盐酸麻黄碱与天然提取工艺可能带入盐酸麻黄碱中的相关物质能较好的分离。结论本法简便,专属性强,适用于盐酸麻黄碱中有关物质的检查。
OBJECTIVE To determinate the related substances in ephedrine hydrochloride by HPLC, METHODS A Hypersil C6H5 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-11.6 g·L^-1 ammonium acetate solution (6:94,pH 4.0,adjusted with glacial acetic acid)at the detection wavelength of 257 nm. RESULTS Under the condition of selection, the ephedrine hydrochloride was separated from its related substances, CONCLUSION This method is simple, the apeciality is excellent in the determination of the related substance.
