圆形和平移式喷灌机塔架车的纵向稳定性 被引量:5

摘要 利用地面车辆力学理论,对坡地上的圆形和平移式喷灌机的塔架车进行受力分析,以纵向坡度角作为衡量塔架车爬坡能力和抗翻倾能力的指标,推导出纵向坡度角与驱动力、塔架车结构尺寸、地面状况等因素之间的关系式及塔架车质心高度的计算公式,通过试验测得塔架车的纵向稳定性特性曲线。结果表明,适当增大塔架车的轮距、降低质心高度、减小驱动轮动力半径,合理匹配驱动功率,提高减速器传动效率、增大传动比,均可提高塔架车的爬坡能力和纵向稳定性。 The forces acting on the towers of center-pivot and linear-move systems running up and down the slopes were analyzed using the principles of ground vehicle dynamics. On condition that regarding the longitudinal angle as an important index evaluating the tower capability of climbing and anti-turning-over, several equations showing the relationship between several factors, such as longitudinal angle, driving force, tower structure and ground conditions, were developed in this paper. The formula for calculating tower barycenter was also presented. On the analysis of the test data, the characteristic curves of longitudinal stability of towers were obtained. The results showed that the climbing capability and longitudinal stability of the towers could be improved effectively by ways such as increasing the spacing of wheels, reducing the height of barycenter, decreasing the outer diameter of the tires, selecting the proper driving power, increasing the transmission efficiency and the transmission ratio.
