摘要
通过建立虚拟样机及仿真,对3SY140型甘蔗碎叶机振动机理进行了研究,找出了甘蔗碎叶机振动大及轮轴轴承易损坏的原因,同时,采用新的甩刀排列方案和动平衡措施,使甘蔗碎叶机振动量降低42%,轴承承受的动载荷降低46.8%。
The vibration of a 3SY - 140 sugarcane leaf-breaker was studied by means of building.a virtual machine and simulation by which the reasons of vibration and damage of axletree were found out. Some effective mending measures was suggested, the vibration of 3SY - 140 sugarcane leaf-breaker was decreased and the damage of the axletree was prevented.
