火焰熔覆镍基/铸造碳化钨熔覆层在犁铧上的应用 被引量:21

摘要 以火焰为热源,采用预置法在65Mn钢基体上制备了镍基/铸造碳化钨合金熔覆层;用金相显微镜观察了熔覆层的结合状况和组织结构;用自制磨损试验机对比了熔覆层和65Mn淬火回火钢的耐磨性;分析了熔覆层组织结构、熔覆层的耐磨机理及熔覆层用于犁铧制造及再制造的可行性。结果表明,采用预置法、氧乙炔火焰作为热源可得到组织致密均匀、结合良好的熔覆层;试验所制备的熔覆层比常规淬火回火处理的65Mn钢的耐磨性有所提高。田间试验表明火焰熔覆镍基/铸造碳化钨合金熔覆层可用于犁铧的制造和再制造生产中。 In order to improve lifetime of a plowshare, the abrasive wear resistance of flame cladding Ni-base cast WC, quenching and tempering 65Mn steel was studied. The cladding coating of Nibase cast WC was made on the substrate of 65Mn by oxyacetylene flame through a preplacing. The bonding state and microstructure were observed through a metallography microscope. The abradability of cladding coating, quenching and tempering 65Mn was compared by a wear test taken on a self-made testing machine. The microstructure and anti-wear mechanism and the feasibility of cladding coatings used to manufacture and remanufacture of plowshare were analyzed. The test results shows that. the cladding coating with compact and symmetrical microstructure can be made by flame cladding; the abrasive wear resistance of flame cladding coating is superior to quenched and tempered 65Mn steel. It is feasible to make the flame cladding Ni-base cast WC coating for manufacturing and remanufacturing of plowshare.
