摘要
造纸生产过程是一个复杂的传质传热过程,以往对纸机定量水分控制系统的研究只是针对特殊的纸机建立特殊的模型和算法.文中提出一种具有明确物理意义的"等效纸机",采用机理分析结合实验的方法首次建立了纸机定量水分控制通用模型.该模型结构简单,可以适用于不同纸机和不同纸种的生产过程.模型的有效性通过生产高定量纸的圆网纸机、生产中定量纸的长网纸机和生产低定量纸的长网纸机进行了验证.
Paper-making process is a complex process of mass and heat transfer.Many mathematic mod- els of the process have been reported,but most of the works were concerned with special plants.In this pa- per,a'equivalent papermachine'is put forward.On the basis of it a mechanism analysis and identification combined method is used to build the universal basic-welght and moisture model.The model has a simple structure and can be applied to different papermachines.The universal model validity is tested and verified by three kinds of papermachines.
