摘要
针对长期未获圆满解决的金属切削自动化生产线累积误差测控问题,提出一种基于模糊聚类分析的专家系统.给出了误差数据样本化处理和隶属函数的算法,探讨并定义了对象性态模型和系统关系模型,在此基础上给出系统结构,对其控制原理进行了阐述.仿真实例表明,这一由软件构成的模糊专家系统迭加于常规控制系统之上,勿须增加任何硬设施即可变开环为闭环,使生产线长期运行于基本无累积误差的状态,大大延长这类生产线的精度寿命.
In this paper,an expert system based on fuzzy classing analysis is proposed,aimed at the measurement and control problem on acumulated errors in the automatic metalcutting line,which couldn't be solved for long.The algorithms of getting error data sample and subordinate function are given.An object property model and a system relationship model are investigated,then the definitions are given.Based on these,a system structure is given and its control principle is explained.A simulation example proves that without adding any hardware,a routine system will be changed from open loop to close loop with it is added this software system and the production line will work precisely for long.That is,life-span of accuracy of this class of the production line will be lengthened very much.
