β-环糊精对双活性基染料染色性能的影响

The influence of β-cyclodextrin to dyeing property of bi-functional reactive dye

采用双活性基染料将β-环糊精锚固在织物上,以改变其表面性能。通过对活性染料锚固环糊精的效果的研究,以及环糊精在染色过程中作为添加剂,对染色性能诸如表观得色量、上染百分率、染色牢度等的影响进行了分析,结果表明,织物上环糊精的数量取决于染料的结构、染料的用量以及环糊精的添加数量。环糊精的加入对活性染料染色的上染百分率、K/S值、染色色光都有一定程度的影响,但对织物染色牢度没有影响。

β-cyclodextfin can be anchored on the fabrics using bifunctional reactive dye to impart new surface property. The effect of ancho- ring β-cyclodextrin by bifunctional reactive dye was analyzed. The influences of β-cyclodextrin on dyeing properties such as K/S values, dye uptakes and color fastness were discussed in details. It is concluded that the addition of β-cyclodextrin exert an influence on dye uptakes, K/S values and hue while without on the color fastness.
