摘要
测试分散染料染色涤纶织物在可见光、近红外波段的反射光谱、色度指标,并与几种绿色树叶和涤棉伪装迷彩织物的反射光谱曲线进行比较.研究结果表明,分散蓝E-4R是影响涤纶织物近红外伪装性能的关键染料,该分散染料上染涤纶纤维使反射光谱发生红移,特别是在680~760nm处反射值突变.不同结构的染料对涤纶织物产生的红外反射率和红移量不同,红移的大小主要受最大红移染料的影响.
The polyester fabric is dyed using different disperse dyes, and then the reflection spectra and chromatic parameters are tested at the visible and near-infrared wave band to compare the sample's spectra with the green leaves' spectra. The results showed that disperse blue E-4R is the most important dye which can influence the near-infrared camouflage properties. Compared with the un-dyed polyester fabric, the absorption edge from reflection spectra is shifted to longer wavelength after being dyed. The reflectivity is increased sharply from 680 nm to 760 nm. The red shift is different due to various disperse dyes.
