聚乳酸/棉交织大提花织物的染整工艺

摘要 通过分析聚乳酸纤维(交织物)的烧毛、退浆、煮漂、丝光以及染色过程中的加工要点及注意事项,测试了分散染料染色后织物的各项色牢度以及色光偏移情况,确定了大生产工艺.结果表明,聚乳酸纤维(交织物)需在低温、低碱中进行前处理,染色时应控制好90~110℃的升温速率.由于分散染料在织物上有色光偏移和热迁移现象,应注意染料的选择和控制后定形温度. In this paper, the processes and their points to attention of singeing, desizing, scouring, mercerizing and dyeing for jacquard fabric from cotton and polylactic acid fiber were analyzed. The color fastness and shade deviation of disperse dyed fabric were tested. As a result, the pretreatment of polylactic acid fiber should be under the condition of low temperature and low alkali, the heating rate should be well controlled during 90- 110℃. Due to shade deviation and thermal migration of disperse dye, so dyes selection and temperature control of post setting should be pay attention to.
