宽幅涂料仿活性印花生产实践

Pigment imitating reactive dye printing production of broad width fabric

介绍了宽幅涂料仿活性印花生产中涂料、粘合剂以及糊料的筛选原则,分析了烧毛、冷堆、丝光、预定形、印花以及后整理的具体操作工艺及注意事项。测试结果表示,宽幅织物涂料仿活性印花在染色牢度和柔软度方面都较好,涂料印花产品各项指标接近于活性染料印花水平。

In this paper, the selection of pigment, adhesive and thickener used in pigment imitating reactive dye printing production of broad width fabric were discussed. The process condition and points to attention concerning singeing, cold-batch, mercerizing, pre-setting, printing and finishing were analyzed. Based on trials, the results showed that the color fastness and softness of pigment imitating reactive dye printed fabric were better, and individual index of pigment printed fabric was closed to that of reactive printed fabric.
