摘要
阐述了微张力控制的基本思想和控制策略,改进了已有的采用电流、电压求取轧制力矩的方法,应用数字负荷观测器观测轧制力矩,并分析其基本物理机制、数学模型及控制过程。模拟仿真结果表明此方法具有被测量稳定、动态速降恢复快、微张力控制效果好等优点。
This paper describes the principle of MTC (Micro Tension Control). The rolling torque is obtained from the load observer, which improves the method of using current and voltage value of mill motor to calculate the rolling torque. The theory scheme, mathematic model and process control method are presented.The simulation result shows this system has several merits, such as stabilizing the calculated rolling torque,diminishing dynamic speed drop restore time and raising the performance of MTC.
