This paper introduces the features of tufeel and fine denier polyester staple fiber. As a new textile material, tufeel is of the combined features and price advantages of teneel and modal, and has a good price/performance ratio. Its blended spinning with fine denier polyester staple fiber brings the features of the two fibers into full play. Garment fabric made of it features silky, serape-resistant, soft, elegant, colorful and comfortable. The blending processes and product problems in blended spinning of this two fibers also are described.
