准气相反应法中煅烧温度对ZrO_2微球结构特性的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Calcination Temperature on the Structure of the ZrO_2 Microspheres Synthesized by Quasi-gaseous State Reaction

摘要 采用新颖的准气相反应法,合成出了球形度好、表面光滑的ZrO_2微球.通过对产物的SEM,TEM和XRD表征,研究了煅烧温度对ZrO_2球结构特性的影响.结果表明:经600~800℃煅烧后,生长完好的ZrO_2球,其显微结构为均匀多孔结构,纳米晶粒呈花生样的长条形状;ZrO_2球的相由主要的立方相和少量的四方相组成. The ZrO2 microspheres with a smooth surface have been successfully synthesized by a novel quasi-gaseous state reaction method. The scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction have been used to evaluate the structure of synthesized ZrO2 microspheres. The calcination temperature has a significant effect on the structure synthesized ZrO2 microspheres possess the homogeneous which consist of major c-ZrO2 and minor t-ZrO2 phases. after they were calcinated at 600-800℃, the porous structure with peanut-like nano-grains.
