摘要
目的研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)促进ECV304细胞迁移的作用与细胞形态学变化的关系。方法建立体外细胞划痕损伤模型,观察bFGF的促进迁移作用。采用扫描电镜和原位包埋后透射电镜分别观察迁移细胞表面和内部细胞器及骨架的变化。结果bFGF2.5ng/mL促进ECV-304细胞迁移,迁移细胞突起增多,细胞骨架发生重排。结论bFGF促进ECV-304细胞迁移。
Purpose To investigate the relationship between morphological change of the ECV304 cells and the promoting effect of the migration process by basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF). Methods The in vitro cell scratch wound model was set up to observe the promoting effect of the migration process by bFGF. The ultrastructural changes of the cell were observed by scanning and embedding in situ transmission electron microscope. Results bFGF 2.5ng/mL promoted ECV-304 cell migration. Cell pseudopodia was increased and cell skeleton was rearranged. Conclusions bFGF promoted ECV-304 cell migration.
