摘要
综述了边界润滑膜润滑的机械模型、物理化学吸附膜模型、机械化学反应膜模型。边界膜的破裂主要是由于机械、温度作用的损伤。机械力导致表面裂纹或表面层裂纹的产生;粗糙硬表面与软表面相互摩擦时导致犁沟磨粒的形成;摩擦副表面温度升高引起接触表面的粘着;法向载荷与切向载荷都能引起边界膜的破裂失效。本文从系统论的观点出发,提出了一个机械-物理-化学综合作用的系统结构模型。
The mechanical model, physical-chemistry adhesion trim model, and mecnanicat-cnemistry reaction model, were reviewed. The breakup of boundary films is due to mechanical damages and temperature rise at the surfaces. The surface micro-cracks and/or micro-cracks in the substrate are yielded as results of normal load and tangential load ;wear debris appears as results of the plough effect of the hard rough surface with relative motion on a soft surface;and temperature rise of the surfaces brings out the severe adhesion between the two surfaces. With the viewpoint of systematic theory, a systematic model ,which considers the synthesis effects of mechanical process, physical process and chemistry process, was proposed.
