摘要
论述了履带车辆动力装置润滑油流体网络的组成及工作原理,并对流体网络中的关键部件机油泵、滤清器、轴承、活塞喷嘴、机油散热器等进行数学建模,从而构成润滑油流体网络的计算模型。在此基础上,通过分析该流体网络的工作情况,提岀了计算仿真流体网络中流量与压力分布的方法,并对几种工况计算结果进行了分析和总结。
The numerical prediction method for the lubrication fluid network system of a tracked vehicle was described. The numerical methods for the calculation of the lubrication fluid network system were based on the model of the oil pump, the oil filter, bearing and piston spray nozzle etc. The result shows that the prediction method can simulate the pressure and flux at each node of network by analyzing different work state of fluid system.
