摘要
比较了两种主要的螺栓———法兰连接结构-主螺栓连接和抗剪螺栓连接在结构方面的特点;提出了一种新开发设计的D形抗剪螺栓结构;探讨了高压密封结构中D形抗剪螺栓的设计,并与普通拉伸螺栓、一般抗剪螺栓的设计进行了比较。结果表明D形抗剪螺栓连接结构装拆迅速、连接安全、密封可靠,可应用于经常装拆的高压容器或管道的密封连接。
Two main bolted-Flange connections, kinghoh connection and shearing bolt connection were compared. A new designed D-shape shearing bolts was presented. The design of D-shape shearing bolts in high-pressnre sealing structure was discussed and compared with the design of tensile boh and general shearing bolt. The results show that the structure connected with D-shape shearing bolts is quick in assembly, safe in connection and reliable in sealing.
