摘要
目的:探讨转型期潜在医疗服务需求形成的深层次原因及转化机制,为实现系统转化潜在医疗服务需求提供理论和方法学依据。方法:根据复杂适应性系统理论,通过系统思考,运用系统动力学建模技术构建潜在医疗服务需求逻辑模型。结果:构建了潜在医疗服务需求转化的系统动力学逻辑模型,揭示了潜在医疗服务需求形成的深层次原因及转化机制,并提出了转化建议。结论:模型符合转型期需求行为规律,有利于下一步继续构建数学模型。
Objective：To investigate the deep-seated reason and the transforming mechanism of potential medical demand in transformation period of health system, so as to provide theoretical and methodological evidences for the systematic transformation of the potential medical demand. Methods： Based on the complex adaptability system theory and systematic thinking, the logical model of potential medical demand was established by system-dynamics modeling technique. Results： The logical model of potential medical demand was successfully established; the deep-seated reasons and the transformation mechanism of potential medical demand were revealed; and the transformation suggestions were given. Conclusion： The logical model established in this article accords with the characteristics of medical demand in the transforming period of our health system, which is helpful for further mathematics modeling.
