摘要
转化生长因子β(TGF-β)信号通路在糖尿病肾病(DN)发病中起着重要的作用,包括诱导肾小球及肾小管细胞肥大,细胞外基质(ECM)积聚,促进肾小球硬化和肾间质纤维化等方面的作用。Smad是新近发现介导TGF-β超家族胞内信号转导过程的一族蛋白质。因此,本文就该信号通路目前研究的一般概况、在DN时激活的因素、发病作用及针对其治疗方面研究现状作一综述,期望能对DN的治疗和研究提供一些参考。
Transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-β)signal pathway plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy(DN)through inducing cell hypertrophy of glomerulus and renal tubule, accelerating the accumulation of extraeellular matrix(ECM), and promoting glomeruloselerosis and tubulointerstitial fibrosis,etc. Smad was a newly discovered protein regulating the intraeellular signal pathway of TGF-β super family. This article reviewed the studies on TGF-β signal pathway and its activating factors, roles and relevant treatments targeting the pathway in DN patients,hoping to provide references for the therapy and research of DN.
