摘要
法治现代化的根本条件就是人的法律精神现代化,树立法律信仰对我国的法治建设具有决定性的作用。人人都信仰法律,在社会生活中才能实现真正的法治。法律信仰的形成是一个长期、艰难的培育过程,不仅需要主体条件,还需要客体条件的共同作用。
The basic condition for the modernization of nomocracy is the persons law spirit modernization. Tot set up the people＇ s law spirit is critical to the law construction in China. Only everyone believe in the law, can real rule of law be realized in the social activities. But the formation of law belief is a long and hard process, it not only needs principal part condition, but also object condition.
