埋地高温集输管线的热补偿

摘要 根据辽河油田热力开采稠油汽驱阶段的高温理地集输管线最大。作温度可达250℃,冬季平均敷设回填土温度—10℃,温差高达260℃,温度应力可达655.2MPa,远远超过一般钢材材质的强度极限,生产上需要解决这个技术难题的具体情况,在设计上应用了允许温度应力[σt]的概念。其值主要取决于管线材质的屈服极限,埋地热管线任何部位的温度应力σt必须小于或等于[σt],即σ≤[σt],从而确定了埋地直管线长度,通过理地热补偿器的补偿,使温度应力降低到了管线可以安全运行的标准,解决了高温理地集输管线安全工作关键的全线温度变形问题。 On the gathering-transferring buried pipelines ofheavy crude steam-drive production in Liaohe oil-field, 250℃ highest can be reached and the back filltemperture is about - 10℃ in winter. Thereforethe temperature difference is as high as 260℃ and655' 2 MPa of temperature stress can be reached. Itfar exceeds the limit strength of common steelproducts. It is necessany to solve the problem inproduction. So we use the conception of permissibletemperature stress [σt] J in designing. Its valuemainly depends on the yielding limit of the materalquality of the pipeline. The temperature stress atany position on a buried thermal pipeline must beless or equal [σt] that is σt<[σt] Therefore thelength of buried straight pipeline can be determind-ed and the temperature stress can be under thepipeline's safe operation limit.
