On the Factors Influencing the Work Efficiency of the Global Virtual Team and Possible Solutions

摘要 全球虚拟团队更容易受到那些虚拟团队所面临的困难的影响,因为文化、沟通和信任等因素都会影响到团队工作的顺利开展。通过一些方法有效地采用信息与合作技术建立团队成员的共同情景意识,进而解决上述困难。这些方法包括使用相同的技术和工具进行培训、建立项目网站或信息共享的入口、培养团队精神。其它方法还有任命团队领导、通过交流确立团队共同的目标、通过定期的会面来建立信任感并重新统一团队目标。 The global virtual team is easier to be affected by the cultural, communicative, trust or other difficulties than other virtual teams. The following are some possible solutions: the information and technical cooperation, the establishment of some websites, the training of the team leader and the team spirit, the enhancing of common sense of the situation, regular meetings, the discussion of the common goals and mutual trust, common sense of the situation and team goal.
