Landscaping Planning and Public Participation in Our country

通过介绍公众参与的形成及中国风景园林规划设计存在的主要问题,旨在中国建立的“公众参与意识”及“公众参与”的法制化,设计应由政府、设计者和公众共同来完成,从而使设计更加完美;同时提出促进公众参与的途径和参与的有效方法。

This paper expounds the formation of public participation and the main problems existing in the Chinese landscaping planning for the purposes of establishment of the awareness of public participation and legalization and institutionalization of such a participation, according to which the landscaping planning should be done in concert by government departments, designers and the public so that such a planning may be done more perfectly. Also, this paper introduces solutions to promote public participation and effective methods for participation.
