摘要
应用国际上广泛使用的大型通用有限元分析程序SuperSAP对600t高速铁路箱梁架桥机JQ600进行了整体和局部应力计算及稳定性分析,其中关键部位的局部应力计算结果与实测结果接近。说明本文所使用的方法和技巧是有效的。这对开发更大吨位的高速铁路架桥机的力学计算有一定的指导意义。
Overall and local stress calculation and stability analysis is conducted of the 600 t high - speed railway boxbridge erecting machine using internationally popular general large FEA software Super SAP. The stress calculation result approximates the field measurement, indicating that method mentioned in this paper is feasible and correct. This paper provides an instructive reference for mechanics calculation of larger tonnage high - speed bridge erecting machine.
