摘要 针对一种新型的地面对接动力学仿真试验台,提出采用双杠铃式模拟件模拟航天器的质量、惯量,使地面对接试验与空间对接相当,确保试验的真实性。介绍了双杠铃式模拟件的结构、布局,确定了双杠铃式模拟件的调整参数和调整方法,建立了数学公式。通过模拟件的调整,试验台可以实现不同航天器的对接动力学仿真试验。实例证明双杠铃式模拟件可以方便地实现不同航天器的质量、惯量模拟,惯量模拟误差小于0.005 1%。 A double barbell simulator is proposed to simulate spacecraft's mass and inertia on a new type of ground docking dynamic test bed and to make the ground docking dynamic test equal to the real docking process in space. The configuration and the layout of the barbell simulator are presented, the adjusting method and the parameters of the simulator are made, and the mathematic formulae of the simulator are listed. The test bed can simulate different spacecraft docking dynamic tests by adjusting the simulator. An example is proposed to demonstrate the convenience of the simulator, and the inertia error is less than 0. 005 1%.
