摘要
该文以一种自制的含席夫碱结构的表面活性剂为配体与Cu2+离子反应,合成了配合物,产率为87.6%;用可见分光光度法测定了该配合物的稳定常数β,在25℃0.01 mol.L-1硼砂为缓冲溶液时β为1.91×108;用浓度稀释法研究了该配合物的抗菌性。实验结果表明:该表面活性剂具有较强的络合铜离子的能力,并形成稳定的配合物。该铜配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌都有一定的抗菌能力。
The complex is synthesized from Cu^2+ and the self-made surfactant with the Schiff base structure in yield of 87.6 %, and the stability constant of the complex is determined by spectrophotometric method to be 1.91 × 10^8 in borax buffer solution at 25℃. The antibacterial activity of the complex is also investigated by concentration dilution method. The experimental result reveals that the surfactant is easily coordinated with Cu^2+ to form a stable complex. The complex has certain antibacterial against tested bacteria: E. coli, S. aureus and B. subtilis.
