摘要
研究了以1,2二氯乙烷为溶剂,以无水三氯化铝/N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为复合催化体系,在低温条件下,以二苯氧基苯(DPE)、三苯二醚(DPOP)、对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)为原料通过缩聚反应合成的一系列聚芳醚酮酮和聚芳醚醚酮酮的无规共聚物,并用FT-IR、DSC、TGA、X-射线衍射等技术对聚合物进行了表征,结果表明:该系列聚合物为半晶态聚集物,具有很高的热稳定性.
A series of high molecular weight random eopolymers of polyaromatie ether ether ketone ketone(PEEk) and polyaromatic ether ketone ketone (PEKK)were prepared by low temperature solution polycondensation of diphenoxylphenone(DPOP) ,diphenether(DPE) and terephthaloyl chloride(TPC) in 1,2- dichloroethane and in the presence of AICls and 1 - Methyl- 2- Pyrrolidone(NMP). The copolymers are characterized by IR,DSC,WAXD, etc. The results show that the change of glass transition temperature is very small with the increasing of the ratio of DPOP/DPE, but melting temperature and crystalline of copolymers decrease with the increasing of DPOP content. But their heat - resistance properties and chemical - resistance are excellent.
